Support for Families
In Himalayan cultures, families rely on their Lama for heartfelt advice and personal care throughout all stages of life, from birth to death. Maintaining this tradition, we support multigenerational families—parents, grandparents, and children—in establishing meaningful spiritual practices and core values at home.

Love at Home = Sacred Refuge
Lama offers blessings and personalized teachings for each family member, presides over ceremonies, and, as a source of refuge, helps families transform their homes into a place for nurturing compassion, resilience, and growth through traditions that strengthen family bonds, while fostering peace, understanding, and love at home.

Senior Care
For homebound elders and caregivers, we provide the opportunity to receive teachings, blessings, and spiritual guidance in the comfort of your home.
Spiritual Guidance for Seniors

Supporting and guiding spiritual practitioners through old age, sickness, death, rebirth, and the intermediate states (or bardos) is central in Vajrayana Buddhism. Lama specializes in these teachings, offering a tailored approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being, with guidance for the great journey, and ceremonies for the deceased with whom he shares a spiritual connection.

Lama and LiAnne offer wellness programs and visits to homebound elders and those in residential care facilities, and teach self-care practices and training for caregivers.

These programs integrate meditation and traditional practices of breathwork, energetic healing through touch, gentle movement, and the sacred sound of mantra to cultivate health, equanimity, and joy for elders and their caregivers, supporting and welcoming individuals of all belief systems.

Elders may also benefit from Lama’s expertise in Tibetan herbal medicine, astrology, consultations, and healing modalities.

Creative Arts & Wellness Programs
We support health and wellness, self-care, and creativity through educational programs, classes, and community partnerships that engage diverse groups and inspire wisdom, joy, resiliency, self-care, and transformation. Offerings include sacred arts, movement, meditation, interfaith gatherings, wellness conferences, and community outreach. Open to all faiths.
Creative Arts & Wellness Programs

Lama Lopsang and his wife, LiAnne, offer creative arts and wellness programs that integrate traditional Buddhist art forms and yogic practices from Nepal and Tibet to cultivate inner peace, joy, resilience, and self-care.

LiAnne is an accomplished practitioner of Charya Nritya, a 1,500-year-old sacred Buddhist dance and yogic healing practice from Nepal. A senior disciple of Prajwal Ratna Vajracharya—a 35th-generation Newar priest and master of the dance—she began her training in 2001 and became the first American to perform and teach under the Dance Mandal Foundation of Buddhist Arts of Nepal.

LiAnne is the recipient of multiple grants and awards and is internationally recognized for her work preserving and sharing this ancient tradition. She has presented in museums, cultural centers, K-12 schools, universities, festivals, and spiritual centers across more than a dozen countries, and enjoys sharing this practice with those seeking to integrate sacred dance, song, and physical yogas into their spiritual path.

Together, Lama Lopsang and LiAnne present a wide array of Vajrayana Buddhist ritual arts, meditation, and Himalayan yogic practices, offering a holistic approach to spiritual and personal transformation.

Lama provides meditation instruction and specializes in the ritual arts of chanting, music, sculpture, painting, and ceremonial practice. He also offers refuge, transmission, and authorization essential for those engaging in Vajrayana practice.

LiAnne brings decades of expertise in sacred dance, music, esoteric yogas, and movement-based meditation, guiding practitioners in embodying the Dharma through the physical arts.

Through teachings, retreats, and creative programs, they provide an immersive gateway for students and practitioners to deepen their connection to the Dharma, cultivate inner wisdom, and experience the transformative power of these ancient practices.
